Privacy Questions or Requests

Need to review what we've collected, update your preferences, or ask us to remove your account data? Reach us through any of these channels and we'll walk you through the process.

Live chat Open the chat bubble in the bottom corner of any page—day or night—and tell the agent you want to review or change your privacy settings. They'll guide you through account data requests, cookie controls, or deletion steps in real time.
Email support Send your privacy request to the support address listed in your account footer. Include your registered email and a brief note about what you need—data export, preference update, or account closure—and we'll reply within one business day.
Account settings Log in, tap the profile icon, then Privacy & Data. You'll see controls for cookies, marketing emails, and session history. To request a full data export or account deletion, use the Data Request form at the bottom of that page.

How We Protect What You Share

Your account sits behind encrypted login, two-factor authentication options, and payment channels that never expose your full card or bank details to our servers. We handle data the way we'd want ours handled—stored securely, shared only when necessary, and deleted when you ask.

Encrypted transactions

Every PayPal, Venmo and Play+ deposit or withdrawal travels over SSL-secured connections. We see transaction IDs and amounts; your payment provider holds the sensitive account numbers, so even a server breach wouldn't leak your full financial details.

Cookie transparency

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to see which game lobbies—slots, live tables, sportsbook—get the most traffic. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser or account settings without losing core platform functions.

Data retention limits

We keep transaction records and identity verification documents as long as state law requires, usually a few years for audit purposes. Once that window closes, we purge the files. If you close your account, we delete personal details within ninety days unless regulations mandate a longer hold.

Your data rights

You can request a copy of everything we've collected—login history, payment records, game-session logs—or ask us to delete your account entirely. Submit the request through account settings or email support, and we'll process it within fifteen business days, faster if state law demands it.

Privacy Policy Questions

We ask for your name, date of birth, email, and a payment method—PayPal, Venmo or Play+—to verify your identity and confirm you're in an eligible state. We also log your IP address and device type each session to spot unusual login activity.

No. We never sell your personal information or betting history to advertisers, data brokers, or other platforms. We share data only when state law requires reporting or when you authorize a payment processor to handle a transaction.

We delete most personal details within ninety days of account closure. Transaction logs and identity documents stay on file as long as state regulations require—usually a few years for audit purposes—then we purge them from our servers.

Session cookies are required to keep you logged in, but you can disable analytics and marketing cookies in your browser or account settings. The lobby, payment flow and game rooms will still work; you'll just see a generic homepage instead of personalized game suggestions.

Log in, go to Privacy & Data in account settings, and click Request Data Export. We'll email you a download link within fifteen business days. The file includes login history, payment records, and game-session logs in a readable format.

Your payment provider handles the sensitive account numbers; we store only a transaction ID and the last four digits so you can recognize which method you used. When you deposit or withdraw, the encrypted handshake happens between your wallet and our processor—our servers never see your full credentials.
